Chief Investment Officer
Neil Peplinski is the Chairman, Chief Investment Officer and Co-founder of Good Harbor. Neil is the chief architect behind the Tactical Core® model, the Firm's flagship tactical asset allocation platform. With 18 years of professional experience, Neil is responsible for research, investment analysis and the development/oversight of new investment strategies and models. Previously he served as a portfolio manager and quantitative analyst for Allstate Investments. Neil earned a MBA with High Honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a MSEE from The University of Michigan and a BSEE from The Michigan Technological University.
David Armstrong, Portfolio Manager, is primarily responsible for working with advisory firms and investors to understand tactical asset allocation as they assess Good Harbor and its investment strategies. With 27 years of professional experience, David's previous companies include Honeywell, RR Donnelley and Oracle. Prior to joining Good Harbor, he was a director of research conducting analysis on the nature and structure of competition in the credit card market for financial firms. David earned a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Knox College.

Chief Executive Officer
Paul Ingersoll is Chief Executive Officer and a senior portfolio manager of Good Harbor Financial, LLC. Paul’s responsibilities include strategic and operational leadership of the firm along with portfolio management, model development, and trading. Paul has 23 years of professional experience. Prior to co-founding Good Harbor Financial, he served as senior finance officer in the portfolio companies of several private equity firms. Previous to that, Paul was co-founder of NES – Business Services company, which grew from a start-up to over $700 million in revenue and a successful IPO in1998. Paul began his career in corporate finance at Bramble Industries, Ltd. as a M&A analyst. Paul received his MBA with Honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics and French from The University of Michigan.

Tactical Equity Income
Jeff Kim is the lead Portfolio Manager for the Tactical Equity Income ("TEI") strategy. He is responsible for the daily management of TEI including its scenario testing, operations and trading functions. Jeff has 12 years of professional experience. Previously, he was founder and portfolio manager of IVC Partners. Jeff holds a MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a MS from The Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BSEE from Northwestern University.

Chief Operating Officer
Yash Patel is Good Harbor’s Chief Operations Officer and brings 12 years of professional experience to the Firm. Yash’s responsibilities include overseeing operations, technology, trading and portfolio management. Prior to joining Good Harbor, he was a quantitative equity analyst for Allstate Investments, developing and implementing model-driven trading strategies. He started his career as an account management associate for Bridgewater Associates. Yash earned a MBA with Honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from The Ohio State University.

Total Portfolio Solutions
Tom Hines is the lead Portfolio Manager for the Tactical Portfolio Solutions strategy and has 28 years of professional experience. Prior to joining Good Harbor, Tom was a financial planning partner with Ernst & Young, a national director of financial planning at The Northern Trust Company and a vice president for Merrill Lynch's Private Banking and Investment Group. He holds a Master's degree from the University of Wisconsin and a BS from Marquette University. He is a member of AICPA, AIMR and the Chicago Investment Analysts Society.
